Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is a ministry offering for those who are looking for someone to walk alongside them in their Spiritual Journey.  A Spiritual Director provides a safe and sacred companionship that is confidential and helps them discern God’s direction in their life.

A typical Spiritual Direction session opens in prayer inviting the Holy Spirit to Direct the session.  The Director then invites the Directee to share what God is stirring within them and listens for key themes that serve as opportunities to seek further understanding through God’s revelation and loving embrace.

A typical session is usually 60 - 90 minutes to provide time for prayer and God’s grace–paced leading.  Sessions are also scheduled once per month. However, based on the needs of the Directee, they could be scheduled more frequently, especially during the beginning sessions.

There is no fee for Spiritual Direction, however, donations are accepted to support the Center for Contemplative Living ministry.
